For the week long patches these seem to be the only ones that have worked the best for me, especially after multiple showers as long as it has more on the top than on the bottom since it will peel at the edges

These are what I use, I cut a hole in the middle of each half for the actual sensor to go through and then the plastic surrounds it.(notice these are 4in x 4.45in so I cut them in half and use one half at a time)
I bought the last box at Walgreens, but you can also find them at Rite- Aids or any other drug store. It's actually a lot cheaper to just buy them on Amazon, check Ebay too!
