If you have amazon, this could be a better deal if you’re willing to wait a few extra days. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076G63FSC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_WjgBCb8MC7F24
My 2 cents:
Blades: Feather, Astra SP (green), Astra SS (blue), Gillette Silver Blue, Gillette Nacet
See blade sharpness comparison at refinedshave.com, that may help to choose some blades.
Get a blade sampler from tryaablade or razorbladesclub
Soap: Cella soap block. No additives, extra extra purissima. Best value soap.
Take your time to prep (more instruction booklets).
Pre: A normal soft cream (oil-in-water) with high glycerin content will do - personally, I avoid Nivea, or anything with paraffin (mineral oils), it dries my skin out in the long run, but as pre shave it's ok, I guess.
Most important re-learn your technique.
Read about riding the cap and angles to find the right angle. But stop overthinking stuff. I recommend continue using no pressure but more shaving speed than you currently use (letting the head do the work will do in regards to pressure but you still have to move the damn thing).
