>I'm trying to spend less than $100 as it would seem pretty silly to drive $100 speakers with a $200 amp or something.

I know you're looking for a budget option - that said, don't dismiss powering these with something higher-end because they're inexpensive. I have a set of Cambridge SX-50s and a pair of C-notes, each set are powered by a Yamaha WXA-50 integrated amp and the C-notes are so much more full; better bass extension, cleaner near-field listening, and huge soundstage for their size.

>If I were to go with a strictly 2 channel amp is there any way to get an output to the sub, or do I need a line level out?

The answer to this question depends on your sub - some powered subs have speaker-level input; let us know the sub model or post a photo of the amp on the sub and we can tell you. In lieu of that, you don't need a line-level out for the sub; you can always use an RCA wye cable to split the signal from the organ but then you lose integrated volume control when you adjust the speakers.

You could also integrate a small preamp volume control and split the signal after this component before the amp so you have the volume control with both and just leave the amp at a higher volume setting.
