SPEND THE MONEY ON A GOOD ONE!
I had a Graco jogging stroller with my daughter a few years ago. It was cheap, had overall four and a half stars out of thousands of reviews on Amazon, and was compatible with the Graco car seat we had already purchased. I am a bit on the short side, and the first problem I had with that thing was that the hand bar was too high for me and caused me shoulder/back pain when I ran. The stroller is also incredibly heavy and difficult to turn. I would run with it when I really really had to, but most times I would actually wake myself up at 4 in the morning just so I could get my run in before my husband went to work because it was honestly less miserable than running three or four miles with that damn stroller.
Fast forward a few years, my husband and I didn't think we were going to have another baby and had gotten rid of our Graco infant car seat. We decided we did want another baby, so we had to shop around for all new car seat etc. We found this lady on Craigslist selling a whole set of baby stuff that was all Orbit Baby brand. The only thing she didn't have was a jogging stroller base, so we went ahead and bought that on Amazon.
I cannot recommend the Orbit Baby enough. It is superior in every single way to Graco. I have run up to 10 miles with that stroller and could do even more without having an issue. It rolls smoothly, steers easily, and the hand bar is adjustable so me (5'4") and my husband (6') can both push it comfortably. It also has a "city mode" where you can lift the part that holds the seat up and then unlock the front wheel so it is super maneuverable.
The whole Orbit baby system is really awesome, I recommend you look into it. Everything is designed so that the seat can be turned while still being locked in so you can shield baby from wind or sun, or just have them face forward or back depending on their preference. I get tons of compliments every time we go out.
