I believe there's another thread about riding where this is addressed to some extent, but here are my suggestions:

  • While on top lean forward at about a 45 degree angle and grind back and forth (instead of up and down). This should allow your dick to rub against him, giving you stimulation. If you're doing anal you may need to lean forward more.

  • One of you can use a little lube and lightly hold your dick while you're grinding, so then you're essentially thrusting in and out of your/his hand.

  • Buck off or blue valentine could be useful

  • I know you said you tried a vibrator, but getting a cock ring vibrator for him might help. The vibrators on those are made to hit the spot just right, and can be particularly great in this position.
