Have you tried any biting sprays? I can't say how well they work, mostly since our chi likes [this toy] (http://www.amazon.com/Petstages-141-Soft-Toss-Ring/dp/B000634JB2/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1464279778&sr=8-3&keywords=dog+chew+toy+ring+petstages). It's her favorite one and we buy it over and over.

My biggest suggestion is make time to train her. You may have to present the leash, start to put it on her, but the second she bites, take the leash away. You don't necessarily have to "walk away" but you might be able to attain the same thing by just pulling away. Depends on the dog. If she pesters you after you pull away, then I would stand and walk away.

Good on you for trying! We are currently trying to figure out training our dog to stop barking (we have 2 dogs and they feed on each other so this is difficult). Good luck!
