We have this one. It probably has a too few many bells and whistles but having a good, long-lasting rechargeable parent until is good. We use a cheaper one at my parents lake house and it eats up regular batteries very quickly.
You're probably better off getting separate devices. The IP cameras are not stable enough in my opinion to be relied on (what happens when the camera locks up or the often-poorly-written software crashes?), whereas the standard audio monitors don't have that issue.
I ended up getting a Foscam camera and a Philips Avent DECT audio monitor.
