I'm not sure if this particular item is legit, but I know Phonesoap was the original version of the phone UV sanitizer.

Outside of something like that, I often use Clorox disinfecting wipes. I think they can slightly degrade the oleophobic coating, but mine had worn off months ago so at this point it really doesn't seem to do any harm.
I have used them a bunch and haven't had a problem (and the same with the product reviewers), but I can't guarantee 100% that they are safe for touchscreens. If you are concerned about these damaging your screen (and have some extra cash) this might be a better solution
