I have very sensitive skin. I have a tendency towards fungal acne. So basically there is no moisturizer that won’t give me contact dermatitis, acne, or a rash. Here recently, I absolutely ruined my moisture barrier from using Biore sunscreen every day. My solution has been Eucerin healing cream mixed with aquaphore, vitamin e oil, squaline oil, Rose hips oil, hado labo gel cream, and alpha Arbutrin. Still, my skin is dry. I drink 125 oz of water every day and I use a humidifier at night, on high.
I’ve just looked into taking phytoceramides as a supplement. I’m not sure if they will help, but it could be a solution. I just feel like I’m trying my best to do everything internally and externally for my skin and still have dry skin.
