I have this to help open pop top cans and this for saran wrap/cling film (which, frankly, even non-arthritic people love). They also have versions for foil and parchment paper. I also really enjoy my Dr. Grip pen.
Yeah they aren't great but they work fine for people who don't care for their pens.

My favorite for years was the [Pilot Dr. Grip Limited $6/1] (https://www.amazon.com/Pilot-Retractable-Platinum-Metallic-36272/dp/B0000AQOA1/ref=pd_sim_229_17?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B0000AQOA1&pd_rd_r=Y9VG2SEYTNGV8PHQKQV5&pd_rd_w=QGWBs&pd_rd_wg=nVAZ8&psc=1&refRID=Y9VG2SEYTNGV8PHQKQV5) but you will never ever get that back when you lend it out, and the refills seemed to be poor quality.
I love my Pilot Dr. Grip, but it is a bit pricy. It writes nicely and feels great in the hand.
