You can buy a "boot" or splint to wear at night when you sleep that keeps your foot in a flexed position. They sell them for plantar fasciitis.

I ordered this night brace from amazon and slept with it for a couple of weeks. If you're having trouble with both feet, it might help to wear it on one foot per night, because it's a bit uncomfortable to try with both. It cleared it up. It will likely recur without proper additional stretching and calf strengthening. I've been doing heel drops and calf raises on stairs and just about every calf stretch known to man. It's finally looking up for me.
edit: I also foam roll my calves.
