I had a teacher for classical guitar and who gave me music, but I have gone through and have seen a lot of other people who love Pumping Nylon.
Something else I also appreciated when trying to find new things to learn is gametabs.
Your right hand actually doesn't look too bad. I haven't played classical guitar for long time though (I used too though, and I did take lessons from a very good classical guitarist).
I notice you aren't using your ring finger. You need to fix that. You also don't have to rigidly keep one finger per string. If you are playing more than one note on the same string you can alternate between two fingers. The way your thumb is positioned seems strange.
I dunno. Is this your first time playing fingerstyle? You're actually doing pretty well. I would see if you can get some lessons. There are a variety of "strokes" or techniques used in classical guitar beyond what you are doing (rest stroke, et cetera).
I don't want to discourage you. Best advice is to find a teacher if at all possible. There is a very good instructional book on classical guitar called Pumping Nylon (it only sounds pornographic). You could check that out.
