I'd suggest a better GPU and PSU.
I suggest this for a graphics card and this for a power supply. Also, that case comes with 4 fans, so you're good.

May I suggest:

All products from Amazon has free shipping to the netherlands. You can overclock the CPU by raising the allowed TDP from 77W to 95W and raising turbo multipliers from (34-36) to (40,40,39,36). The cooler, I've added is quiet and can easily handle that small OC (but it's completely optional). Turbo multipliers can be raised by up to 4x with a locked CPU.

EDIT:
Use this motherboard if you need to save another £20 / 25 Euro:

You will not be able to overclock with that, though.

Reading up on some different reviews from different sites, this card looks neat. Would it be a good choice? It would also give me more money for a cooler and case

Don't forget about the monitor, keyboard and mouse. And speakers if the monitor doesn't have them and you want them.

I'm gonna agree with /u/H4rtland on the memory issue. Instead of 8Gb of DDR3-2133 RAM go with 16Gb of DDR3-1600 RAM. You won't notice the speed difference, I promise. I run lots of memory intensive simulations on my rigs and I haven't noticed much of a difference in the speed between the two. Having more memory is going to be more important to you than faster memory.

I'm not actually a fan of the GTX 660. Now the 660Ti is a nice one. For a budget such as yours, I would say that an AMD Radeon is going to be the better choice if you can get one. I feel that the AMD cards in that range are better than the Nvidia cards, but that's a personal opinion, I am not a fanboy of either by any means. Check out this AMD card.

I appreciate the advice but I already built this PC so I'll only be replacing the video card.

What makes that one better than this one? Is there really £45 worth of difference there?
