This is the brand of K2 I take. Good high dose.

If money is no object, the Thorne drops are considered the best in terms of bioavailability:

This is MK4, which is the K2 form that's been studied the most in terms of increasing bone density. MK4 doesn't stay in the blood for very long though - for that, you need MK7. It stays in the blood for much longer, but the studies haven't yet been done to determine whether it's as good as MK4 for building bone density (the reason why I take K2). If your primary need for K2 is for improving sleep, maybe MK7 might be better? I also take MK7 sometimes, the best one I've found is this one:

Bear in mind that you need to take K2 with a fat source to maximize availability - taking it without fat is a total waste. The K7 brand above includes coconut oil in the capsule for this reason, but I'm not sure it's enough. I always take K2 with a nice big spoonful of hemp oil.

It's also worth pointing out that K2 MK4 has been shown to increase testosterone levels, which may be a bonus or a deal killer depending on your current levels.

No they don't cause breakouts and will actually improve your skin. It's good to not take D3 and K2 at the same time they compete for absorption and half the K2 will get wasted so take at different times. Any brand but you can get that stuff super cheap on swanson. They have 20-25% off sales all the time on their brand too you might need to sign up for emails to see it or get the code don't know. The only thing that they don't have there is a good K2 the MK-4 K2 which I get on amazon.

This is what I use. All the other brands tend to be in ug doses and are kinda useless.

I think I do notice better results from non-ground meat, but ground works as well for me.

Yes, liver is very good. The copper, vitamin A, and probably some other good stuff make it better than most vitamin pills you could hope to find. I just found out grass fed liver is only 5 dollars a pound at my local Whole foods, so I have no excuse anymore.

Good oysters are harder to come by in the inland. But Crown Prince brand, smoked in olive oil are probably the best you're going to get. I see those at whole foods too for about 3 dollars a can. They're definitely more palatable smoked.

B6 helps with lowering base level prolactin, but I've noticed bad side effects from chronically taking the normal dose, so lately I take the 100 mg pill and only use about a quarter of it per day.

A good quality vitamin E is another excellent way to lower prolactin, and also estrogen. I like this one. A lot of vitamin e products are really bad quality and don't work at all.

The other thing I like to take regularly is k2. I take this brand, because it is the highest quality for the lowest price.

Anyways, this is what I do to keep prolactin and estrogen low, which helps keep the metabolism and hormone production high. Stopping excessive ejaculation is just one way to these stress hormones low. I look at red meat and these supplements as a way to support the hormone production.
