The Candida antibody test came back positive sadly (but good to know).. I've started taking 3000mcg of biotin and 42000mg of coconut oil daily. About to include some more supps like oregano oil, and others.
I have to take Renew Life Critical Colon^1 daily else I relapse back to chronic constipation (guessing this is due to the candida somehow).
Getting back to testing the Prescript Assist is on my to-do list, but can only test one variable at a time or won't be able to pin down what made a difference.. One thing I do know is it makes me slightly sick when I take it. (The Renew Life probiotic put me in bed for 2 days when I first took it). So that tells me it's doing something at least.

What probio are you taking?
I've had good experience with the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Colon Care Probiotic 80 Billion. Amazon product page here.
But I think it's most likely to be effective with a diet high in prebiotics foods as well, to feed the probiotic bacteria.
