Get a Dynamic microphone, it will reduce background noise and only pick up your voice! This one is only £3 over budget but would work really well! http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samson-Q1U-Dynamic-USB-Microphone/dp/B000RMDGWA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1395774285&sr=8-1&keywords=samson+q1u
Listen to the test on Samsons website to hear how it sounds: http://www.samsontech.com/samson/products/microphones/usb-microphones/q1u/
I would reccomend the Razer Tiamat 2.2 in that case. About a year ago I was on the hunt for the best headset I could find and I ended up with the Razer Tiamat 7.1. (which is $200. A tad over what you want to spend and you need a good soundcard to make the surround sound good.)
I used to have the 2.2 but sold it to get the 7.1 after a friend let me try out his. (I enjoy the surround sound they have over Logitech and Corsair's headsets.)
The 2.2 has an insane amount of bass (perfect if you are a basshead!), they sound good (if you are a audiophile then they probably won't sound so good compared to a (way) more expensive music headset) and the microphone is decent. If you really want a good mic, the Samson Q1U is rather cheap and sound a thousand times better than any headset mic.
So TL;DR: Razer Tiamat 2.2 is a good headset for gaming and bass heavy music. Also very comfortable!
