It was awesome. It covers the small patterns of how to do massage, then gives a script for doing a massage to every part of the body in order, with tips on techniques to increase sensation and relaxation. I ended up taking notes and making a 10 index cards on what to do with a timeline on how long I should do each one (because, I was pretty intoxicated when I did it, and wanted to be able to properly judge time), and my wife said it was an incredible massage.

I highly recommend that book - pick up a used copy and blow your boyfriends mind with the best massage ever!
