The Mrs. is afraid of anything that "has to be plugged in" because she's afraid she'll get shocked... The only exception being a sybian, which she's dying to try. At $1400, I don't think that'll be happening soon.

I haven't done a count lately, but I think our collection is probably around 2 dozen. We've had quite a few stinkers in the bunch, a lot of cheapies, some not so cheap, that went bad fast.

For our first real vacation together, we stopped at the local adult shop to pick up some new toys. We bought a little Cal Exotics, at least I think it was, bullet. It was shaped kind of like a Christmas bulb on a string, no remote, just a speed dial. We used it just before we left and it was pretty good. We tried it again once we got to the house we'd rented. I turned the dial and... Nothing... I replaced the batteries... still nothing. I swapped them around to make sure I put them in the right way. Nope, dead. Good thing we brought a backup.

We recently had another cool bendy, jelly one, I'm pretty sure it was this. It also only made it through one use before dying. Now it's got a lot of reviews complaining that it breaks easy. It's a shame, because it was really good when it worked.

We also wasted $120 on a Doc Johnson rotating rabbit toy. The pearls made a nasty grinding sound and the pearl coating came off them almost immediately. The angle of the rabbit was poorly positioned. The rotating motor stopped on insertion, and, because the rotating motor was straining to work, the vibes suffered to the point that my wife couldn't even feel them. It was just unpleasant garbage all around. I regret that one the most, as it was an impulse buy that I should have researched...

The We-Vibe Plus was also a pretty big disappointment after all the bullshit that happened with them... By the way, anyone heard anything about that settlement lately?

As for favorites, this was worth every penny! It was going for $70-80 at the shop by us!

I think I need to purge some of our older toys and do a little shopping before the trip!

20 or less is a bit tight for "Strong". But around 20$ gives us a few good options.
At about 25 bucks The Turbo Bullet is definitively strong and vibrates like the high end stuff.

And the 20 function Sensuelle point, at 30$, is rechargeable and packs quite a punch. It is a bit buzzier than the Tango, but is a 3rd of the price.

If you want to invest more or aren't looking for that powerful of an option there's plenty more good choices here ( just skip the womanizer ).
