I bought this one because it is a dual red/near infrared light. The red light is supposed to be good for skin/surface healing and the infrared penetrates deeper. It might be just a placebo effect, but I felt very fast reduction in soreness after using it a few times.
I don't consume any dairy or grain anymore and it's what made the biggest impact in my energy and cognition. I've actually bought this red light https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JW9RZ7K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

There are so many conflicting information out there. My LED is 100-110mw/cm2 at 3 inch , and 80-90 mw/cm at 6 inch.
Those intensity is per second or minute or hour?
For skin improvement, how long should I use the lamp given the intensity?
Here is an expensive nicer one I LOVE:

Here is a much cheaper bulb that is great to start off with:

I’m no scientist but basically Red Light stimulates your mitochondria and helps the cells it comes in contact with perform better. Proven to heal skin faster, help pain, etc. The bright light is rewarding on its own, feels like your sitting in the morning sun. Terrific way to get started in gloomy days.
Sgrow red + infrared combo bulb is pretty inexpensive and good quality for spot treatment.
Gives 1J/cm2 dose per 10 seconds, so about 150 seconds per spot you want to treat for an effective dose.
You’ll want to get a larger panel if you intend to do full body.

I STRONGLY recommend that you try magic mushrooms or psilocybin like someone else suggested in this thread. You have nothing to lose. I've read SO many stories here on reddit of people being cured of depression and anxiety when nothing else could help.
Could magic mushrooms be the answer to depression?
Also, you should look into Methylene Blue. It's a substance that has been shown to have potent anti-depressant properties:
If you're not familiar with Neurofeedback, you should look into it. It works by measuring your brainwaves through electrodes placed on your head, and feeding that information into a computer, which then creates feedback.
Here's an example of the kind of feedback that might be used: You watch a video and the computer adjusts the brightness of the video based on what the electrodes are reading. When your brainwaves shift closer to a more peaceful pattern, the computer rewards you by lightening the video. The idea is that by repeating sessions of this, your brain is trained to be less anxious, and more at peace.
Here are some videos that might explain it better than me:
I would recommend Brain-trainer.com. You can find a map of their practitioners here: https://provider.brain-trainer.com/brain-trainers They use a system where brainwave patterns that have been established to correlate with anxiety/depression are trained down, whereas most other practitioners use a system where your brain is simply trained towards an average, which may not be ideal; although people still get results. If you can't find a Brain-trainer practitioner near you, don't be discouraged, you may still be able to find a practitioner that isn't affiliated with Brain-trainer.
There's another form of Neurofeedback called LENS, which I think would be worth looking into. Your brainwaves are read through electrodes, and then extremely tiny electrical pulses are sent, which interrupt the pattern of depression. You can find a practitioner near you on this page:

I was listening to an interview of a biologist who mentioned a woman he knew who, every month, would break down and become completely suicidal. At the time he was studying hormones and their relation to health. So he suggested to this woman that she take progesterone, which he found to be very beneficial from his research. Within 45 minutes she completely recovered from her depressive state. And whenever her depression came back, if she took progesterone, she'd immediately recover. This woman used A LOT though, so if you try this you may also need to use a lot. You can get some here:

The spice, Saffron, is supposed to help with depression: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEwQlqFPbAU. Vitamin D is also very important: https://www.reddit.com/r/science/comments/a6tbhu/healthy_levels_of_vitamin_d_are_linked_to_a_75/. I think I've even heard of Ketamine helping depression.
Another thing that can help depression is shining red or near-infrared light on your head. Here are some studies on that:
And here are some useful resources on using red light therapeutically:
Here are some places you can buy red lights from:
The one I link to below is probably best because it shines in the 830nm wavelength which has been been shown to be better for brain health, and which has been used in the studies.
https://lifegivingstore.com/store/LGS10-Infrared-830nm-p95952577
You can get the model I link to above for a cheaper price from alibaba, but if you want to get it in the 830 wavelength you have to make a specific request for that. If you don't make a specific request, it looks like it has a combination of the 660nm and 850nm wavelengths, which is probably better than nothing. But it's probably best to just get the 830nm one.

Here is one from amazon, but, again, it's doesn't have the 830 wavelength, it has the 660/850nm wavelength. So probably not ideal.
