I have 3 kids, two being twins. I went through many diaper bags. Once the twins hit 1 year i decided to downgrade. After a lot of looking i got this https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00K1FLFY4/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_a_it?qid=1466557543&sr=8-1 and could not be happier. It has outside pockets for keys and phone. Inside I can fit diapers and change of clothes for 2, even a snack. And it has 2 side pockets for bottles, sippycups. Water resistant/wipable, quite small, nice looking and best of all cheap. It is smaller than it looks in pictures I think but does hold enough.
