This listing on amazon has all the information I could find based on the pictures. It looks almost exactly like the GameStop Red Samurai controller. I think the Red Samurai is designed for Android though and according to the Amazon listing the controller you have is made for the ps3. Maybe you could pair it with your phone via OTG cable and try the sixaxis pairing tool from the play store.
