You'd be better off using speakers that connect via a stereo headphone jack that either: require no power or are battery powered. Peronally, on a kayak, you don't need to be too loud, just use the non-powered speakers like this

Technically, yes. Obviously headphones are just a set of very small speakers. I've seen some small and very quiet speakers that were powered by the jack itself. You've got a couple of options form Sony and Philips.
I should note that these are perhaps the very worst speakers available.
Unfortunately, that wouldn't work. You'd need to connect the Magni to either powered speakers or to an amplifier that is driving passive speakers.
Although, theoretically, you could plug something like this into it hahaha
