I am myself using HC-110 for most of my development work since it's both the longest lasting developer as well as the most versatile.

I would suggest you try adding 4g of sodium ascorbate to the working solution. It's an accelerator that will reduce development time by around 30%. This might be an issue with the already highly active HC-110 so you could simply go from dilution B to dilution H (twice as dilute), double the development time and then shorten it again by 30%.

Accelerators, due to the increase in activity, tend to reduce the appearance of grain. Sodium ascorbate (as well as borax) is a known good additive to Rodinal which tends to be a bit on the grainy side by itself. The result is a noticeably creamier appearance with a slightly reduced accutance that does however not lead to soft negatives. It's still admirably sharp.
