Dude - I had acne problems from Jr high up until I got this soap in college. It's the first post I ever saw on Reddit of this guy swearing by this stuff, and now I tell everyone I can about it with acne problems. Just use it in the shower, twice a day if your acne is really bad. My acne has been completely clear for years now, haven't had to use it since like 2012.
