I noticed that HWMonitor says TMPIN2 (I've found people saying this is MOSFET) reaches 79 Degrees, then the throttling starts. and it lowers down to around 71. This is also accompanied by drops in voltages when the clock speed drops. I ran a stress test and watched the TMPIN raise to 79 degrees, but I could touch the VRM's with my fingers and they were barely warm.

I have this motherboard and was wondering if adding something like this to the VRM's would help. I know this probably isn't a good motherboard for overclocking, but I will be upgrading it and CPU soon, so I wanted to do some overclocking with this setup first to get a better understanding.
