Egg Scramble. It's the best way I've found to clear out left over veggies for breakfast. Start with the mixings that take longer to cook (onion, asparagus, zucchini, toss them in whatever sauté pan is usually on top of the stove, along with a little Pam/bacon grease/oil/whatever lube you love. Add in the quicker-cooking veggies (spinach is my fav), then crack a couple eggs on top and stir until done. Season as you choose: the best I've found so far is a little s&p, and then some Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce. Toast and a banana rounds out all the food groups, and gets me ready for the day. I love breakfast!
Sriracha's good alright.
Anyone tried this? It isn't available in New Zealand yet and those Amazon bastards won't send me any!
Oooh have you tried Chipotle Tabasco? I don't like regular Tabasco, but I have a hard time sometimes choosing between Chipotle Tabasco and Sriracha! They're both amazinggggg
I actually really liked that she does this. I've done the same but with this for the last six years or so. Am I missing an inside joke here? As I get older and have more income, the little comforts of life become more and more important to me. I guess it doesn't bother me if others think it's silly because it makes me happy.
