If anyone is curious: this is from "Takin' Over The Asylum", a BAFTA-winning 6 episode series released in 1994. It's about a guy who moonlights as a DJ for the hospital radio at a Scottish mental asylum - Tennant plays one of the patients, a manic depressive named Campbell, who fancies becoming a DJ himself. It's a brilliant series, and well worth checking out (it's £4 from Amazon UK). 2 episodes have really interesting commentaries with Tennant and a couple of other folks looking back on the series over 10years later.
