The dustcover I got was a super nice NOS and packed really nicely for shipping. It was the best price I could find at the time on the web. The folks at Audio-Depot, where I got the hinges, were very easy to work with and also had the best price I could find at the time on the hinges.
I saw KABUSA mentioned earlier. Really great stuff on that site. I would recommend the fluid damper as a good first upgrade to your table.
