Texas Pete or similar is all kinds of good, especially with a cheese sauce dip after. I'm a sucker for all things vinegar on fries, especially malt vinegar.
Equal parts ketchup, mustard, and mayo tastes as good as it looks awful.

Not sure if you've had it but this is big in the south and I recently found that my Kroger up north carries it. It's great. Use the vinegar on things instead of hot sauce, when you're out of vinegar you can refill it again once.
