Have you ever tried Ashwagandha? Check out this info https://www.apothecary7.com/pages/health-benefits-of-ashwagandha
Also, Anxiety is also a symptom of magnesium deficiency. Here is a book about it https://www.amazon.com/Magnesium-Miracle-Revised-Updated/dp/034549458X/ref=sr_1_2?crid=1UFOVV17S49Q6&keywords=the+miracle+of+magnesium+book&qid=1557334420&s=gateway&sprefix=the+miracle+of+magnesium%2Caps%2C338&sr=8-2
I have never heard of this, and I've done lots of research on magnesium. If anything, people are found to be highly deficient and is in need of supplementation. It is tied to about 300 body functions, and being deficient, you could have a host of medical problems including lack of sleep or staying asleep.
I would recommend taking magnesium, but make sure it's reputable and NOT magnesium stearate. Dr. Ron's Mag Max is great, and I take two right before bed.
