Disclaimer: I hate gold watches, but I know how to search for things one might like
If you want a Swiss watch with a black face, gold frame, and black strap, I'm not sure you'll do better than the Tissot you found. The only competitor I could find is a Hamilton Jazzmaster that runs about $730. I like the Tissot over the Hamilton in this case, even though I like Hamilton better in general :). If you're willing to dispense with the open heart concept in favor of a low price-to-performance/looks option, this is probably as good as you'll do (may want to find a better source than Amazon, based on reviews, but you should be able to get a similar price).
For non-Swiss "open heart/skeleton" options, there are several that are "close" to what you want from Orient. Here's one on Amazon that's close to what you want. Here's another without the "open heart" design. If you're willing to take a potentially-unfounded "risk" with less-respected brands, there are these rather large options, or this one. Here's one that I personally think is ugly as hell from Fossil. There's an ALS-looking creature from Ingersoll that might be worth it, but is somewhat risky in terms of reliability.
Edit: Typo!
check the Tissot Visodate, automatic mechanical movement, really good quality, can come with black face and strap with a yellow gold case.
