Now, if you're wondering/thinking "Wait, that's a microSD! The 3DS takes normal SD!" Well, yes. However it comes with an adapter so it can be used just like a normal SD card. Plus, it's also future-proofing for any other devices you may ever use it with, as well as if you ever choose to get a "New" 3DS, as that uses microSD.

Just look for Class 10 SDHC. This should work pretty well.
Make sure you get the 32gb. Some 64gb cards will work with the 3DS when formatted correctly, however this one does not. 32GB is honestly enough in my opinion. Though if you can find a compatible 64gb card, and with a simple program, you can get it formatted to work in a 3DS for only a few more dollars.
It's the one that came with it. I just tried something where I locked the SD card to see what would happen, and it told me that it was locked when I started the DS. Then I retried with it unlocked and it said that it couldn't detect the card.
