Honestly Ide get something like this... and then go to TOWNNNNN on insulating it with packing material, styrofoam, socks shirts lol just pad till its packed incredbily tight. Not sure carry on policies on buses, but if you can somehow fit a carry on around that size bring it in. Remove the GPU everything else should be ok.
