The best solution I can give you is to get a Ubiquiti NanoStation M2 possibly with a wall or window mount. This is a device that in layman’s terms sucks the signal into your unit.
From the output of this antenna, you hook up your existing wireless router or access point.
This does require a little bit of setup that we can walk you through. It basically needs to be locked to the parks WiFi.

Should work through glass. You may see a minor reduction in speed because it's a physical medium, but that's probably negligible. I'm not sure about the NanoStation AC units, but the NanoStation Legacy units had a third-party window mount you could purchase. You may be able to find something similar for the AC units (assuming that one I linked doesn't work).
