And two scoops of sleep time magnesium each night. But I would supplement more if I was feeling lethargic or dizzy.
You definitely need to be supplementing electrolytes on a keto diet.
These can be bought at most grocery stores and this is more cost saving.
Get some electrolytes today and you will immediately feel the difference.
It is a profile of salts not just sodium chloride.

This stuff is great, I use it nearly every day. Whole Foods sells a smaller container if you can't/don't want to buy from Amazon.
Ultima doesn't have artificial colors and flavors like Pedialyte (those actually inhibit electrolyte absorption and aren't good for you in general).
Definitely find a sugar free version. Sipping on a sugary beverage throughout the day will destroy your teeth. My favorite sugar free electrolyte is available on amazon. Ultima.
