Point being, trying for moderate change can be a bad idea sometimes. Radical change can be easier. It's easier to go from large fries to no fries than it is large fries to small fries. If you use willpower to eat clean for a couple of months, then that becomes the norm. And then Burger King becomes the shock to the system.
