Hey we sleep deprived people gotta stick together :)
I got this weirdly named "Yostyle" noise machine on Amazon and use it on the "pink noise" setting (like white noise but with more lower sound frequencies so it's supposed to be better for sleep). Even on the lowest volume setting I have to keep the machine on the other side of the room because it's pretty loud! Took about a week to get used to it, but now I don't think I could sleep without that fuzzy envelope of sound.
