Or for $30 get the best nicest pop filter ever. You might think $30 for a pop filter is too much but its worth it considering how non-obtrusive it is compared to most pop filters. Fits right on the mic.

I don't know of a hardware capture card that accepts 1440p in any way. You're going to need some sort of scaler to handle it or just run in 1080p(which is a waste I know). Scalers can run a pretty penny for one that isn't going to shit out on you in a week. I don't know how well you're gonna get on with the 1440p and hardware capture as most hardware devices related to streaming are locked in at 1080p atm. What GPU are you using btw? You shouldn't have any issues with the image quality when down scaling.

I suggest upgrading to this mixer for only 15 bucks more.

I suggest investing in an XLR condensor mic if you're going to go with the mixer/audio interface. The nice thing about OBS is it can mix your mic as well as another audio input which makes it not a problem to use a USB mic but I PERSONALLY like having my mic controls external so I can rapidly adjust them.

If you find you need a pop filter I cannot recommend this

Edit: If you have any questions, feel free to ask, I'm interested in how this goes off as I've wanted to switch to 1440p for a while now.

Get a RØDE PSA1 and this for the popfilter. I'm running that exact setup, heres a picture of that if you're interested.

A bit above your budget, but alternatively you can just use the cheap version of the popfilter (it looks to have fine reviews), and that'll fit within your budget.

I've got a WindTech PopGard on the way. Not sure how effective it is since it hasn't come in yet, but I like the look of it. It is a little expensive for a pop filter.

I used a Audio-Technica AT2020 for a year before I upgraded. Honestly its a great microphone.
I paired it with a newer microphone stand which is like 15 bucks and also a pop filter. I was very happy with the results.

I personally love my Editors Keys SL600, check that mic out. I've had it for 2 or 3 years now, never had an issue. Pair it with a [windscreen] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00946ZJN4/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_QInHwbHCP93VZ) and it looks awesome! Also I've seen a bunch of youtubers use this windscreen but never really advertise it? It goes great with an Audio Technica AT2020 as well.

Hey guys! I'm planning on buying this: https://imgur.com/dlaSAeE
Microphone: AT2035
Mixer: Audient ID4 USB audio interface (i dont know if i need to include this, but im doing it nevertheless)

So my question is, do I need a pop filter or a wind screen with this microphone? If yes, which one would be better?

Also, I've been browsing the internet and found 2 pop filters. My question is, are they good and what is the biggest difference between the two?

Pop filter 1: https://www.amazon.com/WindTech-PopGard-2000/dp/B00946ZJN4

Pop filter 2: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01J5OTVTC/ref=cm_sw_r_oth_api_pyLSAbREA3AAF

Last question: Maybe people told me not to buy the at2035 because my room is untreated, is it THAT bad? Should I get some stuff/foam on the walls, or go for a different mic?

I have Astro A40's and both Yeti and the AT2020 and I prefer AT2020 over the yeti the sound and performance beats the Yeti. You can get a USB or an XLR (XLR needs a Mixer or an Audio Interface) Well the USB is just plug and go, (I use the USB Version) If your looking at the AT2020 get a Popfilter for sure, I use the WindTech PopGard Microphone Windscreen I currently don't use any boom arm or shock mount planning on upgrading the mic soon so not buying anything else for it. Hope this can help.

I highly suggest trying this one

It works great and doesn't add any bulk in front of your face. Pop filters aren't just for eliminating plosions by the way. They also protect the Microphone from any moisture damage from spit as you talk (even a bit far away you'd be surprised) so I highly suggest having one and not getting rid of it.

The pop filter looks similar to this one. WindTech PopGard 2000 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00946ZJN4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_mCfSybXYQ4RTN
