I use the Wipex wipes here - Wipex

The sweat will get everywhere anyway so the catcher I've never looked into but these wipes along with the floor mat for me work.

I'm currently using the chest HR from Peloton package but I will probably switch like most but I figured might as well get a few months out of this one.

Small Towels & Screen Cleaner like others have mentioned, Chapstick (Sounds weird but my lips dry quickly on long rides), A good water bottle (I put some of the MiO liquid drops with electrolytes as well).

You'll find your needs as you start riding more and more.

I use alpca urine strained through a silk Hermes scarf...

Kidding, I use these: Wipes

But I've heard a lot of people mention that they use regular old Lysol wipes or something similar. i would just be careful of how rough you wipe around the lettering on the frame to make sure it doesn't start to come off. Those wipes in the link were recommended by someone else on either this page of the Facebook page. Some folks also make their own natural remedy, I just purchased these for convenience but they are probably more expensive than a solution and microfiber cloth.

i too use a towel on the handlebars, but I do a full wipe down with these

I wipe down the mat and the bike after every ride with natural lavender + vinegar wipes (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001B4HVHE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1). I also wipe my shoes off with the wipes. Works well for me.
