Any thoughts on these speakers? I'm looking to spend about $100 on a set of PC speakers for a gift. I see the Micca MB42x are highly reviewed and about the same price, but I'm not sure what else I'll need to get them to run on a PC.

Also considering these which have good reviews but very few, or maybe this, but it looks... cheap? And reviews are meh.

Here is a link to the speakers. I found them at a liquidation store for $40. I'm not by any means an "audiophile" but I would like some nice speakers. Is there something I should do to make these better?
