Perhaps.

Perhaps we don't see it because our culture has built-in systemic bias against recognizing mother-son incest and other forms of female-perpetrated crime. We only ever hear about the worst-of-the-worst which nobody has been able to justify, explain-away or ignore.

Nevertheless, the same can be said for pedophilia and male-on-female child abuse. Which is never excused no matter the circumstances. In fact, we're so paranoid about male perpetrators, our culture favors throwing innocent men in jail "just to be safe". Our culture favors alienating children from all men, even their fathers, over risking just one crime by a man against a child.

Do you make this "Culture of fear" argument when pedophilia or male-on-female child abuse is discussed? Or are you only concerned about being "reasonable" when the perpetrator is female?

Your agenda is plain for everyone to see, atomicparrot: downplay, dismiss, and divert attention away from female culpability -- leaving men as the only 'criminals' in this gynocentric society.
