Body weight workouts. Don't even bother with the gym if you don't want to. Push-ups, leg-raises, dips, squats, pull-ups. You can buy a workout station (or as it's called, a Power Tower)

A one-time payment and a lifetime of sick gains.

I have this one:

and it doesn't suck half as bad as you'd think. Definitely feels like it should have cost 300-400. It's "good enough." I hesitate to say, "this right here is what you should buy," though.

I recently bought that power tower. I don't trust my door frame pull up thing for weighted pull-ups and so I could incorporate dips in my home gym. The only thing it wobbles a bit on is dips but that's probably because I'm still not very balanced and my arms shake a bit. It has helped my triceps and chest build so much in just the month I've owned it. It's amazing. Dips are just an incredible workout that shouldn't be left out of any regimen.

Edit: also I'm 6'1" and this is perfectly fine.
