the yamamotoyama tea bags are alright, and can usually be found in Asian markets (no need to go online) here's a link

I will try a 3 day 1F. Are you getting any fizz with that short of a 1F?

For tea I am using 5 bags of https://www.amazon.com/Yamamotoyama-Green-Tea-16-bags/dp/B0002G3UY0 per 1 gallon (yes I know looseleaf is better but I have a ton of this stuff on hand). And using 1 cup of honey and one cup of starter per gallon
