One year I get 7 in one day.. Must have made them mad I suppose... Within 3-4 hours swelling was going down...within 1 day 90% gone..
Maybe, for $46 shipped I get 3lbs of chems and would still have about .5 lb of aluminum left over after making targets.

Have you ever tried this for your RLS? It works pretty well. They sell them at Walmart as well. I will dissolve one under my tongue, and take a hot shower, within 20 minutes my legs have stopped being insane.
I also have a TENS unit that I will sometimes use to make the muscles spazm and then they stop. RLS makes me crazy.
Pain usually keeps me from getting things done. That or my mood swings down to crushing depression, or I get bad anxiety that causes me to not be able to really move, or my blood sugar is high and makes me sick. So mostly health issues. But when I feel good I tend to get overwhelmed by all the things I need to do and then I end up not being able to decide on what needs to be done, so I'll do a little of this and that and then get so overwhelmed that I have a panic attack and end up doing nothing else. haha.
