I wrote a 4 book series where the main character happens to be ace. Through out the four books it shows a variety of different ace lifestyles, both males and females. Aromantic, Demi, grey, even a queer platonic (zucchini) relationship. Basically the spectrum. I know the cover is kind of sexual but that’s to also get attract from none ace readers as well.

I saw that there was a book club about a year ago in this sub, but I haven't seen anything else? Please let me know if I missed something.

I have been looking for books written by black female authors for some time now. I found this series by Rachel Howzell Hall about a black female detective. There are 3 books in the series, I ordered the first for about $7. I'm open to reading other books as well. Here is the link for the first book of the three.

I found three out of four in their own webshop, one on Amazon. Don't really see a problem here.

Dodgers by Bill Beverly, read by J.D. Jackson.

An interesting cast of characters and an intriguing story, but the dialogue seemed unrealistic and contrived at times.

Of Things Unseen is my debut novel. It's a psychological thriller about missing black girls in Atlanta.

The first book in her Detective Eloise Norton series is Land of Shadows; her latest book is a standalone thriller she published this year called They All Fall Down.

How about Walter Mosley's The Man in My Basement?

Kareem is not as smart as Mycroft Holmes or Sherlock. (or maybe he is, those books are great)
