I was just accepted into our local community college, and will be taking the entrance exam to their nursing program this weekend. I'm so crazy excited! It's been 10 years since I was last in school, but I always *loved* it, so very happy to be going back. Plus, yay, chasing lifelong dreams. \^.^

I'd love these folders to help me stay organized! :)

A Dancing with Jesus Coloring Book is all you need to do for the next couple of months! Whether you believe in him or not, there is something majestic about the look in his eyes, 'dance with me /u/autumnwake! Look how absolutely holy and groovy I am!' That is just from the cover of this coloring book too! Let him boogie into your life while you color him in! The options are endless on how you can color him! Wanna make Dancing Jesus a lime green and gold haired? Now you can! Plus it's fin to be young again and use crayons to color in things! Growing up is great and all but every now and then you gotta sit yourself down with a tall glass of chocolate milk, put in a Spongebob dvd, and enjoy the simple things in life.

On my list what I need is a card binder ! You wanna know why? Whale I'm gonna tell ya! I collect Pokemon cards and so far they are in a cardboard box like a homeless puppy. Even though a binder would not fit them all, I'd get to give a home to at least one-hundred of them u0u The Chosen ones to live at the high top of class. If not this than Unicorns being Jerks Coloring book cause well, the title explains enough.
Also Batman Suit!

I ended up buying some of these after I saw Cuddly's response. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0016L24EC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I was also considering using some ziplocs but seemed a bit more durable. I don't have that many covers right now I figured I might as well for a few bucks. Hopefully they fit properly.

Do you use hangers to hang them as well? Or some kind of clips?

Just for illustrative purposes:

Banker Boxes: http://www.amazon.com/Bankers-Box-Storage-Lift-Off-Letter/dp/B000FLZE7I -- As long as you keep them somewhere dry and safe, they basically last forever, and they're quite tough for reinforced cardboard. The material is similar to what you'd see in a heavy-duty moving box suitable for packing a bunch of heavy books. Hell, they make great moving boxes, too ;)

Pouches: Something like one of these. Need to have pre-punched holes. No need for an actual zipper, but they should have some method of closing them, such as a ziploc-type closure:

Note - you do NOT want "laminating" pouches, just storage pouches. Shop around for the best deals, as with anything else.

Made this video in high school my sophomore year. It was one of the funnest school projects I have done, and it cracks me up every single time!

Within my wallet, I keep the loyalty cards I use regularly in a small zippered coin pouch similar to this. The ones I don't use or have spares of I keep in a plastic pocket like this made for a 3-ring binder. That goes into the same giant binder that I use to hold manuals/install discs and business cards.

/u/everhood13 got it right. Here is a case of 100 on Amazon, but you might find them cheaper in a store like Staples that has back-to-school sales going on now.

Avery trading card pages work just fine. I admit that I do not sleeve, though.

u/Credits_PTCGO · 2 pointsr/pkmntcgcollections

I just use the single pocket ultra pro sleeves. They are bigger than the card but thicker material and dont flop around as much as the above.

I use these in a binder, separated/labeled by sizes (I print a sheet with the size number to line up along the edge).

In the lab where I develop they sell paper sleeves for storing negatives, and I've been using those for a while now, but they've started to become a little too pricey for me ($0.85 each). I've searched online and some say it is recommended to use polypropylene negative sleeves, which are sold on eBay. But I had an idea, to turn this transparent sleeve into a sleeve to keep my negatives with this plastic sealing machine I have. Is it a good idea? So I don't have to wait if I buy them from eBay...

Coming from a TCG background, the one piece of advice I can give people on using binders for photocards is avoid ringed binders like the plague. Use a ringless binder like this. The problem with ringed binders is that if you are too hasty in closing your binder and those pages dont slide all the way back down on those rings, the rings will press down on your cards and damage them. I have ruined a lot of valuable trading cards that way. And everyone always says "nah, im careful", but its just a matter of time until you are distracted or going too fast. Just avoid the situation entirely by going ringless.
