I have recently been getting into collecting vinyl albums and have been looking around for Outrun style albums as well since I love both the music and the album art. What I've managed to find is;
Kavinsky - Outrun and Nightcall on Amazon
You can find Gost and Pertubator on Blood Music's website
Magic Sword (if you consider that OutRun type music) is on their own website
Those are the only ones I have personally purchased.
As for everything else the BEST site to search and purchase Outrun releases is not Soundcloud but Discogs.com as it lists if they've released Vinyl pressings and makes purchasing them super easy if they're for sale (way better experience than eBay for example). Additionally there's Amazon and the artists Label I always check first.
Many of the compilations like Magnatron are for sale on various websites but with crazy high price tags.
Amazon also has all Daft Punk's stuff including the more OutRun style Tron Soundtrack (albeit pricey)
Miami Nights 1984 is 'looking into' physical releases of his stuff
John Carpenter's Lost Themes I and II are easy to find on Amazon
Carpenter Brut released Trilogy a while back but copies are still fairly expensive
The Hotline Miami 2 Soundtrack had a limited pressing as well
GUNSHIP is taking preorders for a pressing of their self-titled album
Power Glove's EP's are fairly cheap and easy to locate but
Power Glove's Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon Soundtrack is easy to find but very pricey.
College has a few LPs and EPs for sale as well
I also wish Dance with the Dead would get a physical release asap.
These are what I have / am looking to purchase in the very near future. There's many others with LPs and EPs pressed to vinyl, some easy to find, some not so easy. Also I know some of those I listed may not be 'Outrun' but they fall into the category of something I imagine someone who enjoys Outrun music would likely enjoy.
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know!

Why yes, I am a bot. I've been requested to comment in this subreddit.
Please let me know if I made a mistake!
Great suggestions from nccoco, and one artist along these lines I'd recommend is Floating Points. God, I've listened to that song a thousand times, but I just noticed how smoothly he brings in those pianos. That shit...it's like butter.
Of course there was also a whole slew of superb lounge house that came out in the late 90's, like this. I'd also highly recommend some of Doc Martin's mixes, particularly The Fabric Mix. Seriously, go get this mix now.
Oh I missed the trance part of your question. I was a big fan of trance in the early/mid nineties when it typically had a darker edge to it and changed up in sound a bit more. A lot of that was due to djs not playing one linear style of music all night. Here's one of my favorite Trance mixes of all time
I love this stuff. One thing that is really important to mention is that the scene I was in (Denver), had a fairly small community. Every Saturday there was only one party. No parties Friday, always Saturday, once a week. The promoters all worked together on a calendar and made sure they were never competing with each other. This kept the community together. Every week we were all there.
Every party would also cover every genre of music at the time. Usually the night would start with something housier, then it would get heavier and heavier until about 4-5am. Trance, breaks, hard house, whatever. Then around morning time it would start dropping back down to funky housey stuff. You'd never hear the same sound all night. So I think all of us back then weren't really house heads or trance heads. I loved all of it.
It wasn't till the later 90's that parties started to pop up more than once a week, splitting the community up and making people choose what type of music they wanted to hear for the night. You guys want to hear trance all night? Damn, us 3 wanted to hear house. I guess it almost felt like we were forced to choose a side or something.
That's also when trance really took off. Exploding the scene in America. At least that's how it felt at the time.
For Tantric sex , we really love Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe and Kate Bush, The Sensual World. Progressive rock really fits the bill well, as it can be low key and very musical.
If you want something closer to yoga oriented, and prefer more upbeat, anything by MC Yogi could be good. I really like Elephant Power. If more hypnotic is your thing, Krisna Das, Pilgrim Heart is absolutely beautiful and extraordinarily moving.
The CD single is your best bet. Pick up a used copy for a penny on Amazon:

I dunno pretty easy to find...
So, what, we just throw down our wishlist here? I'm cool with that.
Don't feel like you have to get me a damn thing. You don't. But if you do, and you don't know what to get, you can pull from this list. Easy peasy! Also, thanks!
amazon has the stardust CD for $4 https://www.amazon.com/Music-Sounds-Better-You-Stardust/dp/B00000DAHL/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1484952574&sr=8-3&keywords=stardust+music otherwise discogs for sure.
Here you go. I find that this album is always great for social gatherings, if for no other reason than the nostalgic/laugh factor.
yes you can http://www.amazon.com/Music-Sounds-Better-You-Stardust/dp/B00000DAHL
>I grew up listening to old school stuff like this.
Holy shit, are you me? My dad bought awhile back (late 90s - early 00s, can't remember the exact year) two of these Pulse CDs off of some late-night infomercial. We would listen to these on long car trips to the mountains, and I'm guessing that this helped open me up to hardstyle/trance much later on.
