Dezcal is only $4.70 where I am (link). I would suggest asking yourself if potentially losing your job is worth $4.70. They actually recomend a different product (this).

Get some grinder cleaning tablets and grind them up. Then you have to grind some waste coffee to flush out any remaining bits of grinder cleaner.

Grounds are stuck around the needle. Did you use the cleaning pod? I am not sure if they all come with one and the price is insane KEURIG 2.0 NEEDLE CLEANING TOOL. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MXFTW88 but that will fix the issue
