Most PCs come with Win7 these days and a USB tuner is fairly cheap ($29 with Prime shipping), so being able to set up an antenna to get all those channels is the biggest task.

Has TWC started encrypting the basic channels yet? If not, most modern tuners should also work if you just straight-up plug in the coax cable.

If you live in an area that's too far from the antenna, you can get 2-14 from your cable provider for $10 per month (that's what I do. I got all the channels with my antenna expect for FOX)
