I'd believe 500 too ... it's hard to know ... but 150 error bar in a week where you'll eat 8500-14000 calories isn't anything much.
These aren't great substitutes and some commercial cupcakes go pretty big. Not saying you're wrong, this really is as squishy as it seems.
